Study on Hazardous Energy Identification and Isolation Method in Production Safety of Chemical Plant

若是化工厂出现安全事故,将会对工作人员、化工生产环境、化工厂的经济财产产生严重威胁,因此安全问题已经成为化工领域热议的主要内容。相关工作人员通过辨识化工厂生产的危险能量,及时对存在危险的因素隔离处理,可以在一定程度上避免化工安全事故的出现。首先分析危险能量辨识与隔离对化工厂生产安全的重要意义,其次探讨危险能量辨识与隔离的主要步骤,最后研究做好后续优化更新工作,以期对相关研究具有一定的参考价值。

If a safety accident occurs in a chemical plant,it will pose a threat to the staff,the chemical production environment and the economic property of the chemical plant.Therefore,the safety problem has become the main content of hot discussion in the chemical field.By identifying the dangerous energy produced by the chemical plant and isolating the dangerous factors in time,the relevant staff can avoid the occurrence of chemical safety accidents to a certain extent.This paper first analyzes the significance of hazardous energy identification and isolation to the production safety of chemical plants,then discusses the main steps of hazardous energy identification and isolation,and finally studies the follow-up optimization and updating,in order to have a certain reference value for relevant research.
