摘要
反应精馏技术可将化学反应和精馏过程进行耦合,在塔内同时实现两种过程。利用Aspen Plus流程模拟软件对四氧化二氮与水反应合成一氧化氮的反应精馏过程进行模拟计算。通过对设备及操作参数优化,获得的最佳参数为:理论板数为32块,反应段理论板数为12~24块,硝酸循环采出比为0.35。经参数优化后,反应精馏塔中四氧化二氮的转化率大于96%,产出一氧化氮的质量分数大于98%。
Reactive distillation technology can be coupled with chemical reaction and distillation process,in the column to achieve both processes.In this article,the reactive distillation process for the synthesis of NO by the reaction of N2O4 and water is simulated by Aspen Plus software.Through the optimization of equipment and operation parameters,the optimal parameters for:theoretical plate number is 32,reaction period of theoretical plate number for 12 to 24,nitric acid recycling and recovery ratio of 0.35.After parameters optimization of reaction rectifying column nitrogen tetroxide turned in the large at 96%,the mass fraction of nitric oxide is greater than 98%.
