摘要
针对浙江LNG接收站仪表空气系统单一运行供气方式问题,立足于提高系统的可靠性,提出仪表空气压缩机与制氮空气压缩机交替运行的改进方法。通过优化仪表空气系统与制氮系统的工艺流程,将仪表空气压缩机与制氮空气压缩机串联相互备用,利用制氮空压机提供空气以生产仪表空气,并进行稳定性、维修成本分析。结果表明,仪表空气压缩机与制氮空气压缩机串联交替运行是一种可行的运行模式,既能充分发挥仪表空压机与制氮空压机的性能,又能保障仪表空气系统运行的稳定性。
Aiming at the problem of single operation and gas supply mode of instrument air system in Zhejiang LNG terminal,based on improving the reliability of the system,an improved method of alternating operation of instrument air compressor and nitrogen making air compressor is proposed.By optimizing the process flow of instrument air system and nitrogen generation system,the instrument air compressor and nitrogen generation air compressor are connected in series for mutual standby.The nitrogen generation air compressor is used to provide air to produce instrument air,and the stability and maintenance cost are analyzed.The results show that the series alternate operation of instrument air compressor and nitrogen making air compressor is a feasible operation mode,which can not only give full play to the performance of instrument air compressor and nitrogen making air compressor,but also ensure the operation stability of instrument air system.
