工业的快速发展造成了严重的环境污染,给人们的身体健康带来了巨大威胁,当前,环境污染问题受到人们广泛关注。党的十八大以来,国家高度重视生态环境治理,坚持以习近平生态文明思想为指导,以“两山论”为核心,以绿色、健康、发展为目标,大力推进生态文明建设。为使生态环境得到有效改善,国家加大环境监测力度,从资金、理念、技术、制度等多个方面予以支撑。固定源废气监测是环境监测的关键环节,其监测结果精准性对于环境整治有着直接影响,国家还将其纳入政府法律法规当中,以期实现监测工作规范化、标准化。但在实际操作过程中,固定源废气监测还存在不少问题。因此,需要进一步明确问题成因,采取先进、科学的技术与设备,结合当前监测手段,从源头上实现空气质量的优化。从开展固定源监测的意义进行了认真分析,对思想、设备、体系等方面存在的问题进行了论述,并提出相应解决措施,达到较好效果。

The rapid development of industry has caused serious environmental pollution,which has brought great threat to people's health.At present,environmental pollution has been widely concerned by people.Since the 18th CPC National Congress,China has attached great importance to ecological and environmental governance.Guided by Xi Jinping Thought on Ecological Civilization,with the"Two Mountains Theory"as the core,and with green,healthy and development as the goal,China has made great efforts to promote ecological progress.In order to effectively improve the ecological environment,the state has intensified environmental monitoring,providing support in terms of funds,concepts,technologies and institutions.Fixed source exhaust gas monitoring is a key link of environmental monitoring,and the accuracy of its monitoring results has a direct impact on environmental remediation.The state has also incorporated it into government laws and regulations in order to achieve standardization and standardization of monitoring work.But in practice,there are still many problems in the monitoring of fixed source exhaust gas.Therefore,it is necessary to further clarify the causes of the problem,adopt advanced and scientific technology and equipment,combined with the current monitoring means,and realize the optimization of air quality from the source.In this paper,the significance of carrying out fixed element monitoring is analyzed carefully,and the problems existing in thought,equipment and system are discussed,and corresponding solutions are put forward to achieve better results.
