水浴消解-盐酸复溶-原子荧光法测定土壤中的硒含量 被引量:1

摘要 采用王水水浴消解土壤样品1h,冷却后,用10%盐酸定容继续水浴复溶,将样品中的六价硒还原成四价,用原子荧光光谱仪-单道增强模式直接测定。选用12个土壤、水系沉积物国家一级标准物质的测定对本方法进行验证,测试结果均在标准值的允许范围之内,相对标准偏差(RSD)小于5.62%,方法检出限为0.01μg/g。与其他检测方法对比,该方法简单快捷,节约成本,适用于土壤中硒含量的测定。 Use aqua regia water bath to digest the soil sample for 1 hour.After cooling,use 10%hydrochloric acid to constant volume and continue to reconstitute the water bath to reduce the hexavalent selenium in the sample to tetravalent,and use the atomic fluorescence spectrometer-single-channel enhancement mode to directly measure.The method was verified by the determination of 12 national first-level reference materials of soil and water system sediments.The test results were all within the allowable range of the standard value,the relative standard deviation(RSD)was less than 5.62%,and the detection limit of the method was 0.01μg/g.Compared with other detection methods,this method is simple,fast,cost-saving,and suitable for the determination of selenium in soil.
