液压电梯用限速切断阀的设计与分析 被引量:2

摘要 为了提高背包式液压电梯的被动安全性能,设计了一种可以对切断流量进行人为调节的液压电梯用限速切断阀。对这一限速切断阀的工作原理进行了介绍,应用AMESim软件对这一限速切断阀处于最大开口工况时的稳态性能及瞬态性能进行了仿真分析。分析结果表明:稳态工况时的过阀压差很小,仅为0.2 MPa;瞬态工况时的切断动作时间很短,仅为0.06 s左右。即便是在液压电梯轿厢满载的情况下,这一限速切断阀仍然能够很好地切断油路,防止轿厢墩底。 In order to improve the passive safety performance of the backpack-type hydraulic elevator,a speed-limiting shut-off valve for the hydraulic elevator that can manually adjust the cut-off flow was designed.The working principle of this speed-limiting shut-off valve was introduced,and the steady-state performance and transient performance of this speed-limiting shut-off valve at the maximum opening condition were simulated and analyzed by AMESim software.The analytic results show that the over-valve pressure difference under steady-state conditions is very small,only 0.2 MPa.The cut-off action time under transient conditions is very short,only about 0.06 s.Even when the hydraulic elevator car is fully loaded,this speed-limiting cut-off valve can still cut off the oil circuit well and prevent the car from hitting the bottom.
