益母草注射液联合五加生化胶囊对促进产妇产后子宫复旧的效果分析

Effect analysis of Motherwort injection com bined with Wujia Biochemical capsule in promoting puerperal uterine involution

目的:探讨用益母草注射液联合五加生化胶囊对产妇进行治疗对促进其产后子宫复旧的效果。方法:选取近年来在枣庄市妇幼保健院进行分娩的600例产妇作为研究对象。随机将其分为对照组和观察组。待两组产妇分娩后,让对照组产妇口服五加生化胶囊,为观察组产妇在对照组用药方案的基础上肌内注射益母草注射液,然后比较两组产妇产后子宫复旧的效果及各项临床指标。结果:与对照组产妇相比,观察组产妇产后48 h内阴道的出血量更少,产后7 d子宫B超三径线之和与宫腔残留物的直径均更小,产后恶露排出的时间和腹痛持续的时间均更短,产后3 d血浆纤维蛋白原和D-二聚体的水平均更低,产后子宫复旧的有效率更高,P<0.05。用药后,两组产妇不良反应的发生率相比,P>0.05。结论:在产妇分娩后,为其应用益母草注射液联合五加生化胶囊能显著减少其产后的出血量,缩短其产后恶露排出的时间和腹痛持续的时间,促进其子宫复旧,且治疗的安全性较高。

Objective:To explore the effect of motherwort injection combined with Wujia Biochemical capsule in the treatment of puerpera on the promotion of postpartum uterine involution.Methods:600 cases of parturient parturient in Zaozhuang maternal and Child Health hospital in recent years were selected as the research object.They were randomly divided into control group and observation group.After the delivery of the two groups of parturients,the control group was given wujia Biochemical capsule orally,and the observation group was given Leonurus injection intramuscular on the basis of the medication regimen of the control group,and then the effect and various clinical indicators of postpartum uterine involution in the two groups were compared.Results:Compared with the control group in maternal,observation group within 48 h of maternal postpartum vaginal haemorrhage amount less,postpartum uterus 7 d B exceeds the sum of the three lines and caused by intrauterine residue are smaller in diameter,postpartum lochia discharge time and the duration of the abdominal pain are shorter,postpartum 3 d plasma fibrinogen and d dimer level are lower,higher postpartum uterine instauration efficiently,(P<0.05).After medication,the incidence of maternal adverse reactions between the two groups was compared,P>0.05.Conclusion:After childbirth,the application of Motherwort injection combined with Wujia Biochemical capsule can significantly reduce the amount of postpartum blood loss,shorten the time of lochia excretion and the duration of abdominal pain,and promote uterine involution,and the safety of treatment is high.
