参苓白术散合四神丸加减联合mFOLFOX6化疗方案治疗脾肾阳虚型结直肠癌的效果研究

Effect of Shenling Baizhu Powder combined with Sishen Pill combined with mFOLFOX6 chemotherapy on colorectal cancer with deficiency of spleen and kidney Yang

目的:探究用参苓白术散合四神丸加减联合mFOLFOX6化疗方案治疗脾肾阳虚型结直肠癌的临床效果。方法:选取2018年1月至2021年4月在常熟市第二人民医院接受治疗的脾肾阳虚型结直肠癌患者62例进行分组研究。根据治疗方式的不同将其分为常规组和试验组。为常规组患者采用mFOLFOX6化疗方案进行治疗,为试验组患者采用参苓白术散合四神丸加减联合mFOLFOX6化疗方案进行治疗。然后对比两组患者的治疗效果。结果:试验组患者治疗的总有效率高于常规组患者,P<0.05。治疗后,试验组患者不良反应的发生率低于常规组患者,P<0.05。结论:与单用mFOLFOX6化疗方案相比,用参苓白术散合四神丸加减联合mFOLFOX6化疗方案治疗结直肠癌可显著提高患者的临床疗效,降低其化疗不良反应的发生率。

Objective:To explore the clinical effect of Shenling Baizhu Powder combined with Shen Shen Pill combined with mFOLFOX6 chemotherapy in the treatment of colorectal cancer with deficiency of spleen and kidney Yang.Methods:A total of 62 patients with colorectal cancer with spleen-kidney Yang deficiency who received treatment in The Second People’s Hospital of Changshu from January 2018 to April 2021 were selected and divided into groups.According to the different treatment methods,they were divided into routine group and experimental group.The conventional group was treated with mFOLFOX6 chemotherapy regimen,and the experimental group was treated with Shenling Baizhu Powder combined with Sishen Pill combined with mFOLFOX6 chemotherapy regimen.Then the treatment effect of the two groups was compared.Results:The total effective rate of experimental group was higher than that of conventional group,P<0.05.After treatment,the incidence of adverse reactions in experimental group was lower than that in conventional group,P<0.05.Conclusions:Compared with mFOLFOX6 chemotherapy regimen alone,shenling Baizhu Powder combined with Sishen Pills combined with mFOLFOX6 chemotherapy regimen can significantly improve the clinical efficacy of colorectal cancer patients,and reduce the incidence of adverse chemotherapy reactions.
