风湿骨痛丸联合小剂量甲氨蝶呤治疗类风湿关节炎的效果分析

Effect analysis of Fengshi Gutong Pill combined with low dose methotrexat e in the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis

目的:探讨用风湿骨痛丸联合小剂量甲氨蝶呤治疗类风湿关节炎的效果。方法:将青海大通中医院2018年12月至2019年12月期间收治的80例类风湿关节炎患者纳入本研究。随机将其分为甲氨蝶呤组和联合组,每组各有患者40例。用小剂量甲氨蝶呤对甲氨蝶呤组患者进行治疗,用风湿骨痛丸联合小剂量甲氨蝶呤对联合组患者进行治疗,然后比较两组患者的临床疗效、关节疼痛的个数、关节肿胀的个数、红细胞沉降率(ESR)、血清C反应蛋白(CRP)的水平及不良反应的发生率。结果:联合组患者治疗的总有效率高于甲氨蝶呤组患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,联合组患者关节疼痛的个数和关节肿胀的个数均少于甲氨蝶呤组患者,其ESR和血清CRP的水平均低于甲氨蝶呤组患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。用药后,联合组患者不良反应的发生率低于甲氨蝶呤组患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:用风湿骨痛丸联合小剂量甲氨蝶呤治疗类风湿关节炎的效果显著,能有效减轻患者的临床症状,降低其ESR和血清CRP的水平,且能减少甲氨蝶呤所导致的不良反应,保证治疗的安全性。

Objective:To investigate the effect of fengshi Gutong pill co mbined with low-dose methotrexate in the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis.Methods:A total of 80 patients with rheumatoid arthritis admitted to Qinghai Datong Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from December 2018 to December 2019 were enrolled in this study.They were randomly divided into methotrexate group and combined group,with 40 patients in each group.With small dose methotrexate for treatment in patients with methotrexate group,with rheumatism bone pain pills in combination with small dose methotrexate couplet to form patients for treatment,then compare the clinical efficacy of two groups of patients,the number of the number of joint pain,joint swelling,erythrocyte sedimentation rate(ESR),serum c-reactive protein(CRP)levels and the incidence of adverse reactions.Results:The total effective rate of combined group was higher than methotrexate group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the number of joint pain and joint swelling in the combined group were lower than those in the methotrexate group,and the levels of ESR and serum CRP were lower than those in the methotrexate group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).After medication,the incidence of adverse reactions in combined group was lower than that in methotrexate group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Fengshigutong pill combined with low-dose methotrexate has a significant effect on the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis,whi ch can effectively reduce the clinical sym ptoms of patients,reduce the levels of ESR and serum CRP,and reduce the adverse reactions c aused by methotrexate,ensuring the safety of treatment.
