摘要
目的观察微信辅助下的PBL联合CBL教学模式在规培教学中应用的效果。方法将在广东省中医院呼吸与危重症医学科轮转的76名规培医师纳入本次研究,将该76名规培医师随机分为研究组和对照组,每组规培医师各38名。研究组采用微信辅助下的PBL联合CBL教学法教学,对照组采用常规课堂小课教学法教学,观察两组学生教学后的学习成果,并进行统计学分析。结果研究组规培医生的评分总分明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),并且主要体现在技能水平、主管病人、病案书写和学习积极性等方面。结论微信辅助下的PBL联合CBL教学法在规培教学中效果要优于常规教学法。
Objective To explore the effect of the Standardized training and teaching.Methods The 76 intern doctors were randomly divided into study group and control group.The study group is Using the PBL union CBL teaching model based on the WeChat.The new teaching method was used to evaluate the teaching effect through the exam results and score.Results Compared to the traditional teaching group,intern doctors in the PBL union CBL teaching group showed significant improvement in skill level,treatment of patient,medical record and learning enthusiasm,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Using WeChat-assisted PBL union CBL teaching method in the Standardized training and teaching is better than the traditional teaching method.
