摘要
目的探讨小组学习教学法(SGL)在MBBS留学生医学伦理学教学实践中的应用效果。方法以2018级1-4班MBBS留学生共178人为教学研究对象,通过问卷调查评估SGL教学法的教学效果。结果SGL教学法能激发学生的学习兴趣与参与热情、激发自主探究能力、增强团队合作意识、增强查阅课外资料的能力及运用信息分析问题的能力、学生掌握知识更加牢固;与教学对照组相比,教学试验组学生在认识重大伦理问题的能力、在面对伦理问题时做出正确决定的能力、知道病人精神不健全时该如何处理的能力、向病人传达坏消息的能力、处理讨论过的伦理情形及处理伦理困境方面的信心都有所提升。结论SGL教学法在MBBS留学生医学伦理学教学实践中有较好的应用效果。
Objective Explore the teaching effect of small group learning(SGL)teaching method in medical ethics for MBBS international students.Methods A total of 178 MBBS international students from class 1-4 batch 2018 were selected as the teaching research objects.The teaching effect of SGL teaching method was evaluated by questionnaire survey in the teaching experimental group and teaching control group.Results SGL teaching method stimulated students’learning interest and engagement enthusiasm,inspired independent exploration ability,enhanced spirit of teamwork,enhanced ability of consulting extracurricular literature and solving problems informationally and consolidated knowledge.Compared with the teaching control group,students from the teaching experimental group were more confident with the ability to recognize a significant ethical problem,reach a sound decision when facing an ethical problem,proceed when a patient is mentally incompetent,communicate bad news to a patient,and solve ethical dilemmas.Conclusion SGL teaching method had a good teaching effect in medical ethics for MBBS international students.
