摘要 目的探究在支气管肺癌教学中引用CBL联合MDT教学模式的意义。方法选取2019年9月—2021年9月于我院肿瘤内科进行实习、轮转或进修医生72人,在征得学生同意后将其随机纳入到不同小组中,其中有36人在此期间仅接受传统模式教学,所在组别为对照组;另外36人在此期间接受CBL联合MDT联合模式教学,所在组别为研究组。对2组实施完支气管肺癌教学后的效果进行统计和对比分析。结果研究组36人的各项成绩均高于对照组;对教学模式的认可度较对照组更高。上述相关指标间对比结果差异较大,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在支气管肺癌教学中引用CBL联合MDT教学模式具有较高的应用价值,可激发学生对所学知识的兴趣,全面提升其实践能力,增强其对日后岗位职责的了解,值得在实际教学中积极引用。 Objective To explore the significance of CBL combined with MDT teaching model in the teaching of bronchial lung cancer.Methods 72 interns,rotation or refresher doctors in the Department of oncology of our hospital from September 2019 to September 2021 were randomly selected.After obtaining the consent of students,they were randomly included in different groups,of which 36 only received traditional teaching mode during this period,and their group was the control group;The other 36 students received CBL combined with MDT combined teaching during this period,and their group was the study group.The effects of bronchial lung cancer teaching in the two groups were statistically compared.Results The scores of 36 people in the study group were higher than those in the control group;The recognition of teaching mode was higher than that of the control group.There were significant differences among the above related indexes(P<0.05).Conclusion The CBL combined with MDT teaching model in the teaching of bronchial lung cancer has high application value.It can stimulate students'interest in the knowledge learned,comprehensively improve their practical ability,and enhance their understanding of post responsibilities in the future.It is worthy of active reference in practical teaching.
