摘要
目的探讨基于人工智能辅助精准肿瘤治疗研究课程的教学模式对研究生及进修医师科研能力培养的作用和满意度。方法选取2019年1月—2021年6月在浙江大学医学院附属第一医院肿瘤内科的在读研究生及进修医师14位作为研究对象,应用共计24次课程的基于人工智能辅助精准肿瘤治疗研究课程入门该领域及培养相关科研能力,通过课程前后科研各项能力自评和满意度评价评估文献报告会的应用效果。结果参与该课程后,调查对象自评人工智能辅助精准肿瘤领域的论文背景理解加深、研究方法理解加深,结果分析理解加深,有更多意愿展开对此领域的相关研究。调查对象认为参与此次课程有助于了解肿瘤学未来发展的方向、有助于提高肿瘤学科研方法的掌握、有助于统计能力的强化、有助于编程能力的强化、有助于提高独立思考和批判性思维的能力、有助于提高英语水平,然而该课程对临床实践能力的提高不明显。结论基于人工智能辅助精准肿瘤治疗的研究课程对肿瘤内科研究生及进修医师在该领域的科研能力培养有积极作用。
Objective The purpose of this study was to investigate the role and satisfaction of the teaching mode of the Artificial intelligence(AI)-assisted precision tumor therapy research course on the development of research ability of graduate students and refresher doctors.Methods 14 enrolled postgraduate students and refresher doctors in the Department of Medical Oncology at the First Affiliated Hospital of Zhejiang University School Medicine from January 2018 to June 2021 were selected as study subjects.A total of 24 sessions of the AI-assisted precision tumor therapy research-based course were applied to introduce the field and develop relevant research skills.The effectiveness of the application of the literature presentation was assessed by self-assessment and satisfaction evaluation of various competencies in research before and after the course.Results After participating in the course,the respondents rated themselves as having a better understanding of the background of AI-assisted precision oncology papers,a better understanding of the research methods,and a better understanding of the analysis of the results,and they had more willingness to conduct research in this field.The respondents thought that participation in this course would help them understand the future direction of oncology,improve their mastery of oncology research methods,strengthen their statistical skills,strengthen their programming skills,improve their independent thinking and critical thinking skills,and improve their English proficiency,but the course did not significantly improve their clinical practice skills.Conclusion The AI-assisted precision oncology research course has a positive effect on the development of research skills in this field for graduate and advanced medical oncology physicians.
