摘要
目的探讨多轨教学模式应用于普外科临床实习教学的应用效果。方法选取2018年5月-2020年5月期间我院普外科实习生共计80名,按照随机数字表法分为观察组40名及对照组40名,对照组为常规教学模式,观察组为多轨教学模式。比较两组实习生的成绩、学习积极主动性(ALS)得分以及满意度。结果观察组的理论成绩、操作成绩评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的学习积极主动性评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论普外科临床实习教学中应用多轨教学模式能明显提高实习生的实习效果,提高实习生的学习积极主动性,实习生感到更加满意,值得推广应用。
Objective To explore the application effect of multi-track teaching mode in general surgery clinical probation teaching.Methods A total of 80 general surgery interns in our hospital from May 2018 to May 2020 were selected,and they were divided into observation group 40 and control group 40 according to the random number table method.The control group was in the conventional teaching mode,and the observation group was Multi-track teaching mode.Compare the two groups of interns'performance,learning initiative(ALS)score and satisfaction.Results The scores of theoretical performance and operation performance of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The score of learning initiative of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of multi-track teaching mode in general surgery clinical probation teaching can significantly improve the effect of interns'internship and improve their proactive learning.Interns feel more satisfied and are worthy of popularization and application.
