基于ADDIE模型构建儿童急重症专科护士培养体系的过程探索 被引量:3

摘要 目的基于ADDIE模型构建儿童急重症专科护士培养体系,以提高急重症护士的执业胜任力。方法将入职急重症医学科1年内的护士共52人随机分为对照组(n=27)和观察组(n=25)。对照组按传统教学计划和教学方法实施培训。观察组进入ADDIE培养体系实施培训。培训周期6月,对照组和观察组采用同一套评估工具,每2月进行1次考试,分别评价理论考试、技能考试和mini-CEX。结果两组学员第一次理论考试、技能考试和mini-CEX评价均无差异。随着培训时间的增加,两组学员理论考试、技能考试、mini-CEX评价的成绩逐步提升,两组学员第三次3项成绩评价均高于第一次3项成绩,并且观察组学员第三次3项成绩评价均高于对照组学员。结论采用ADDIE模型构建的培养体系对儿童急重症护士综合能力提升优于传统教学方法。 Objective To establish a child emergency nurse training system based on the ADDIE model to improve the professional competence of emergency nurses.Methods A total of 52 nurses who had been employed in the acute and intensive medicine department for one year were randomly divided into two groups.There were 27 nurses in the control group and 25 nurses in the observation group.The control group were traditionally taught and the observation group were taught based on the ADDIE training system.In the 6-month training cycle,the control group and the observation group were evaluated every two months by the same evaluation tool.Results There were no differences in the scores of the theoretical test,skill test,and mini-CEX between the observation group and control group in the first evaluation.The scores of the theoretical test,skill test,and mini-CEX evaluation of the two groups were getting better gradually.The scores of the theoretical test,skill test,and mini-CEX evaluation were higher in the third evaluation compared with the first evaluation,while the scores of the theoretical test,skill test,and mini-CEX evaluation were higher in the observation group than the control group in the third evaluation.Conclusion The ADDIE model is better than traditional teaching methods in improving the ability of nurses in the acute and intensive medicine department.
