以岗位胜任能力为导向在临床药师培训中的应用

Application of Post Competency Oriented in Clinical Pharmacist Training

目的研究以岗位胜任力为导向对临床药师培训的教学效果影响。方法对2012年9月—2019年3月期间在我院培训的31名临床药师学员,分别实施以岗位胜任力为导向教学(观察组)和传统教学(对照组),对比两种模式的教学效果。采用多元线性回归建立综合成绩与实践教学项目的相关性。结果观察组临床药师学员的各项考核成绩、实践教学项目满意度评分、结业后继续从事临床药师具体工作情况以及对单位医院临床药师制建设带来的变化评分均明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。多元线性回归结果显示药学查房、专项处方/住院病历点评等教学项目与综合成绩成线性相关性,回归方程为:综合成绩=1.579医嘱审核+2.010用药教育+8.370药学查房+6.780专项处方/住院病历点评+81.780。结论以岗位胜任力为导向的教学相较于传统教学,更有利于培养可胜任临床实际工作的临床药学人才。

Objective To study the teaching effect of clinical pharmacist training based on post competence.Methods Thirtyone clinical pharmacists trained in our hospital from September 2012 to March 2019 were respectively carried out competencyoriented teaching(observation group)and traditional teaching(control group),and the teaching effects of the two modes were compared.Multiple linear regression was used to establish the correlation between comprehensive scores and practical teaching items.Results The observation group was significantly better than the control group in various examination results,satisfaction score of practical teaching project,specific work situation of clinical pharmacists continued to be engaged in clinical pharmacists after graduation,and scores of changes brought by clinical pharmacist system construction in unit hospital(P<0.05).The results of multiple linear regression showed that there was a linear correlation between teaching items such as pharmacy ward round,special prescription/inpatient medical record comment and comprehensive performance.The regression equation was:comprehensive performance=1.579 medical order review+2.010 medication education+8.370 pharmaceutical ward round+6.780 special prescription/inpatient medical record comment+81.780.Conclusion Compared with traditional teaching,competencyoriented teaching is more conducive to cultivating clinical pharmacy talents who are competent for clinical practice.
