学习者反馈素养的变化对教师反馈期待的影响研究

摘要 研究主要探讨高校学习者反馈素养的变化对教师反馈期待的影响。通过两年的的课堂实践,对398名来自商学院大一、大二和大三的学习者进行了问卷调查,对其中12名学习者进行了访谈。数据分析结果表明,高年级学习者对反馈数量和质量的满意度下降,大一和大二学习者在反馈类别上不同,但没有统计学上的显著差异。其次,对调查问卷中开放式问题的分析表明,二年级和三年级学习者更倾向于寻求以学习为中心的反馈,期望教师提供超出任务层面的反馈,希望能在反馈过程中有更多主动权,希望能有更多自我评估的机会和基于对话的反馈环节而不是单向的信息传递。再次,学习者对教师反馈期望的变化可能是由于学习者反馈素养的提升所致。学习者反馈素养在四个方面得到发展,这与教师对高年级学习者的反馈输入减少,教师反馈、高年级学习者的个人职业和学习目标之间的不匹配,以及同伴互评的普及等三个原因有关。
