摘要
针对某2 800 mm中厚板轧机在支撑辊倒角优化后出现的热轧钢板中间浪形缺陷,采用有限元方法分析了不同倒角形状支撑辊的接触应力分布。结果表明:增大支撑辊倒角长度在优化支撑辊受力的同时会减小钢板凸度,导致钢板出现中间浪形缺陷。通过将支撑辊倒角长度从400 mm缩短至250 mm、增加轧制道次数、调整轧制计划等措施,可有效改善板形质量。
Aiming at the center buckle that occurred in the hot-rolled steel plate after optimization of the backup roll chamfer shape of a 2 800 mm medium and heavy plate rolling mill,the distributions of contact stress in the backup roll of different chamfer shapes were analyzed by finite element method.The results showed that increasing the length of backup roll chamfer could not noly optimize the force of the backup roll but also reduce the plate crown,resulting in the center buckle of the steel plate.The flatness can be effectively improved by decreasing the chamfer length from 400 to 250 mm,increasing the number of rolling passes and adjusting the rolling plan.
