媒体融合发展已成为期刊出版的必然方向和趋势,为高校学报的成功转型甚至跨越发展提供了难得的机遇。然而在转型过程中,编辑主体面临着诸多困境和巨大挑战,具体表现为政治把关能力有待不断提升,数字化意识淡薄,主动性不强、创新精神不够,社会活动、学术交流沟通能力不足。为迅速适应社会发展变化的新形势和新趋势,高校学报编辑要主动求变,不断优化提升自身,完成自我核心素养的重构,切实担当起新时代赋予高校学报出版人的神圣职责与历史使命。

The development of media convergence has become the inevitable direction and trend of journal publishing,providing a rare opportunity for the successful transformation and even leapfrog development of university journals.However,in the process of transformation,the editors are facing many difficulties and huge challenges,which are manifested in the continuous improvement of political control capabilities,weak digital awareness,weak initiative,lack of innovative spirit,and insufficient social activities and academic communication skills.In order to quickly adapt to the new situation and new trends of social development and changes,college journal editors must actively seek changes,continuously optimize and improve themselves,complete the reconstruction of their core literacy,and earnestly assume the sacred responsibility and historical mission given to college journal publishers in the new era.
