药物依赖性失眠的中医治疗概述

Summary of Traditional Chinese Medicine Treatment of Drug-dependent Insomnia

随着失眠人群数量不断上升,催眠类药物因其能够缩短入睡时长和增加总睡眠时长等优点在临床应用愈加广泛,药物依赖性失眠的临床发病率也随之逐年升高。药物依赖性失眠属于中医“不寐”范畴,主要表现为需要依靠药物辅助入睡,减量或停药后出现失眠加重、头痛、焦虑烦躁等戒断反应,且患者长期用药面临记忆力、思维力、定向力等认知功能减退的风险。对于此类失眠患者,目前西医缺乏安全有效的临床治疗方法,而中医药可提供更多的治疗选择。本研究检索近十年国内外相关文献,从药物依赖性失眠的中医病因病机分析及其中药、针灸、推拿治疗等角度进行综述,以期为中医治疗药物依赖性失眠提供临床依据。

As the number of insomniacs continues to rise,hypnotic drugs are more widely used in clinical pracetice to reduce the time it takes to fall asleep and increase the total sleep time,and the clinical incidence of drug-dependent insomnia increased year by year.Drug-dependent insomnia belongs to the category of the insomnia in traditional Chinese medicine,and its clinical features include relying on medication to fall asleep and occurring increased insomnia,headache,anxiety and other withdrawal reactions after dose reduction or withdrawal.Patients who take long-term medications will face the risk of cognitive(such as memory,thinking,and orentation)decline.For this type of insomnia,there is a lack of effective clinical treatments with few side effects,and traditoanl Chinese medicine can provide more treatment options.This study retrieved relevant domestic and forign literatures in recent ten years,reviewed the etiology and pathogenesis of drug-dependent insomnia from the perspective of Chinese medicine,and reviewed the traditional Chinese medicine,acupuncture and moxibustion,and Tuina treatment of this disease,so as to provide clinical evidence for the treatment of drug-dependent insomnia.
