甘氨酸席夫碱Cu配合物催化还原去除锅炉给水中溶解氧的探讨 被引量:1

摘要 采用分步合成法制备合成了用于催化碳酰肼去除给水中DO的甘氨酸席夫碱Cu配合物催化剂,考察了反应温度、pH值、催化剂质量浓度和碳酰肼投加量对催化除氧性能的影响,并确定了反应的最佳条件。在反应温度为45℃、碳酰肼投加量为理论量的2倍、溶液初始pH值为8、催化剂质量浓度为0.01 g/L时,在反应5 min后,DO的去除率便可以达到94.8%.同时通过元素分析、红外光谱、紫外光谱表征对催化剂的结构进行分析表征,Cu与甘氨酸席夫碱配体成功配合,且—C-N—、—COO—、Ar—O—参与了和Cu的配位。该配合物在常低温下也能快速反应,达到去除水中DO的目的。 In this paper,a stepwise synthesis method was used to synthesize a glycine acid Schiff base copper complex catalyst to catalyze carbonyl hydrazine removal of DO in feedwater.The effects of reaction temperature,pH,mass concentration of catalyst,and carbonyl hydrazine dosage on the catalytic deoxygenation performance were investigated and the optimum conditions were determined.When the reaction temperature is 45℃,the dosage of carbonyl hydrazine is 2 times the theoretical amount,the initial pH of the solution is 8,and mass concentration of catalyst is 0.01 g/L,the removal rate of DO reaches 94.8%after 5 minutes of reaction.At the same time,the structure of the catalyst was characterized by elemental analysis,IR,and UV spectrometry.Cu and glycine Schiff base ligand are coordinated,and —C-N—,—COO—,Ar—O—participate in the coordination with Cu.The complex can react with DO quickly at low and room temperatures for removing DO in water.
