摘要
为提高士官人才培养质量、提升士官教育专业组训课程的教学效果,针对目前士官专业组训课程中存在问题,将任务驱动教学法引入士官专业组训课程中.首先从科学设计任务主线、任务设计贴近实训、优化考核评价方式和扩展教学模式四个方面设计了专业组训课程教学过程;然后给出了任务驱动教学法的实施方法.教学实践表明,课程考核成绩在优秀率、良好率上均有明显提高,学员对课程的满意度均达到85.0%以上.
In order to improve the quality of non-commissioned officers(NCOs) talent training and escalate the teaching effect of professional group training courses for NCO education, this article aims at the problems existing in the current professional training courses for NCOs, and introduces the task-driven teaching method into the professional training courses for NCOs. Firstly, the article designs the teaching process of professional group training course from four aspects: scientifically designing the mission line, designing task close to practical training, optimizing assessment and evaluation methods, and extending teaching mode, and then gives the implementation method of task-driven teaching method. The teaching practice shows that excellent performance rate and good performance rate in the course assessment have been significantly improved, and that the cadets’ satisfaction with the course has reached over 85.0%.
