国外发达国家产学研协同创新的主要模式及启示

Main Models and Enlightenment of Industry-University-Research Collaborative Innovation in Foreign Developed Countries

产学研协同创新是加速科技成果转化、提升国家创新能力的有效途径。近年来,我国产学研协同创新取得了长足进展,但与世界发达国家相比,总体水平还有较大差距。只有不断通过制度创新和体制创新,完善产学研协同创新体系,充分发挥产学研协同创新中各个主体的优势,才能全面提高产学研协同创新的效率,实现我国创新型国家建设的目标。对美、英、德、日、加5个国家产学研协同创新的典型模式进行了介绍和分析,旨在对我国的协同创新工作提供借鉴。

Industry-university-research collaborative innovation is an effective way to accelerate the transformation of sci-entific and technological achievements and enhance national innovation ability.China’s industry-university-research collabo-rative innovation has made great progress in recent years,but compared with the world's developed countries,there is still a big gap in the overall level.Only by continuously improving the system of industry-university-research collaborative innovation and giving full play to the advantages of each subject,the efficiency of industry-university-research collaborative innovation can be comprehensively improved to achieve the goal of building an innovation-oriented country in China.This paper makes a detailed analysis of the typical model of industry-university-research collaborative innovation in the United States,Britain,Germany,Japan and Canada,so as to provide reference for the collaborative innovation work in China.
