摘要
在进行海上平台火炬系统设计时,需综合考虑火炬热辐射强度、噪声对平台人员和设备的影响。渤海某新建采油平台项目采用FlareSIM软件进行火炬系统设计,通过软件得到热辐射强度、噪声分布图,并依据美国石油学会(API)规范计算火炬臂的长度,高效准确完成了相关设计工作,也为今后同类项目火炬臂长度设计计算提供了借鉴和参考。
When designing the flare system of offshore platform,it is necessary to comprehensively consider the impact of thermal radiation intensity and noise distribution on personnel and equipment on the platform.This paper introduces the flare system design of a project by using FlareSIM software to assist designers.In the software,the thermal radiation intensity and noise distribution map are obtained,the length of flare arm is calculated according to API specification.The relevant design work is completed efficiently and accurately,which provides reference for the design and calculation of flare arm length of similar projects in the future.
