摘要 以西安石油大学应用化学专业本科生胶体与界面化学课程为例,探讨本科生专业课程的双语教学改革探索与实践.针对胶体与界面化学课程的特点,主要从优化教学内容、改革教学方法和创建多元化评估方式3个方面,讨论对本课程进行双语教学改革的方案、措施和建议.经过2018—2020学年的教学改革实践,取得了较好的教学效果,为高校专业课双语教学改革提供参考. Based on the undergraduate course of Colloid and Interface Chemistry for the major of applied chemistry in Xi’an Shiyou University,this paper proposes the teaching reform and practice for the undergraduate bilingual courses. According to the characteristics of the course of Colloid and Interface Chemistry,it mainly discusses the schemes,the measures,and the suggestion for the teaching reform of bilingual course from three aspects,such as the optimization and adjustment of the teaching content,the reform on the teaching method,and the construction of multiple assessment. Through the practice of teaching reform in 2018—2020 academic year,good teaching effect has been achieved,which providing a good example for bilingual teaching reform for the specialized courses.
