Mechanism Design of A Small Transformer Core Assembling Machine

小型变压器是电子产品常用的磁性元件,在电路中主要用于变压、滤波等,其生产装配工艺主要包括磁芯装配及位置固定,传统的装配方法主要采用手工作业方式,劳动强度大,质量低。本文结合变压器磁芯组装的传统工艺,提出一种小型变压器磁芯组装机的机械结构的设计方案,着重对设备的关键机构进行设计和分析。小型变压器磁芯组装机机械结构的合理设计,能大大提高产品质量和生产效率,同时也为实现全自动化装配打下基础。

Small transformer is a common magnetic component of electronic products.It is mainly used for voltage transformation and filtering in the circuit.Its production and assembly process mainly includes magnetic core assembly and position fixation.The traditional assembly and manufacturing mainly adopts manual method,with high labor intensity and low quality.Combined with the traditional technology of transformer core assembly,this paper puts forward a design scheme of the mechanical structure of a small transformer core assembly machine,focusing on the design and analysis of the key mechanism of the equipment.The reasonable design of the mechanical structure of the small transformer core assembly machine can greatly improve the product quality and production efficiency,and also lay a foundation for the realization of full-automatic assembly.
