Cost and charging price of psychotherapy services in a grade 3A psychiatric hospital in Beijing

目的:测量北京市三甲精神专科医院心理治疗项目的实际成本,分析成本价格偏离程度,并提出相应的政策建议。方法:在北京市某三甲精神专科医院进行调查,以医疗技术类科室二级分摊后的成本且剔除药品成本和单独收费的卫生材料成本作为医疗服务项目总成本,再采用收入分配系数法计算单个医疗服务项目成本。结果:三甲精神专科医院心理治疗的实际成本远超过现行的价格标准,不同心理治疗项目的实际成本是现行医疗服务价格的5.30~10.54倍。结论:北京市三甲精神专科医院心理治疗价格严重倒挂,加剧了医院的运营困难,也影响了专业人员的积极性,需调整心理治疗价格,落实财政补偿政策,共同推动心理治疗服务的有效开展。

Objective:To measure the actual cost of psychotherapy projects in the grade 3 A psychiatric hospital in Beijing,analyze the degree of price differences,and put forward corresponding policy recommendations.Methods:A survey was carried out in a grade 3 A psychiatric hospital in Beijing.The total cost after the secondary booth of the technical department excluding the medicine cost,and the cost of sanitary materials for separate medical charges as the cost of medical service items,and then use the income distribution coefficient to calculate the cost of a single medical service item.Results:The actual cost of psychological treatment in the grade 3 A psychiatric hospital far exceeds the current price standard,and the actual cost of different psychological treatment items is 5.30-10.54 times to the current medical service price.Conclusion:The price of psychotherapy in the grade 3 A psychiatric hospital in Beijing is severely upside down,which aggravates the difficulty of the operation of the hospital and also affects the enthusiasm of the professionals.It is necessary to adjust the price of psychotherapy,and implement financial compensation policies to jointly promote the effective development of psychotherapy services.
