新时代高校思政课教师培训体系协同探讨 被引量:9

摘要 我国高校思政课教师培训已建立了国家、省(市区)、高校三级培训体系,思政课教师的培训规模进一步扩大。学界对高校思政课教师培训的理论、现状、问题和对策的研究逐步深入,但对高校思政课教师培训体系协同的研究相对滞后。新时代高校思政课教师培训体系协同是指国家、省(市区)、高校三级思政课教师培训体系之间及每一层级相互协调培训目标、组织领导、资源配置、管理制度、评价反馈等,使培训体系整体结构和功能最优,以提升高校思政课教师的培训质量。协同的前提是分析高校思政课教师的培训需求,协同的过程体现为国家、省(市区)、高校三级培训体系在非线性作用方式下产生1+1>2的协同效应,协同的机理表现为培训主体协同共生、培训要素协调推进、培训时间前后连贯、培训空间上下联动。 The training system for teachers of ideological and political courses in Chinese universities has been established at three-level training system,national,provincial(city),and university level.The scale of training for ideological and political teachers is further expanded.The academic circles have gradually deepened the research on the theory,current situation,problems and countermeasures of the training of ideological and political teachers in universities,but the research on the coordination of the training system of ideological and political teachers in universities has been relatively lagging behind.The coordination of the ideological and political teacher training system in the new era refers to the coordination of training objectives,organizational leadership,resource allocation,management systems,and evaluation feedback among the three-level training system(country,province,and universities)to optimize the overall structure and functions of the training system,and to improve the quality of training for teachers of ideological and political courses in universities.The premise of collaboration is to analyze the training needs of teachers of ideological and political courses in universities.The process of collaboration is embodied in the three-level training system(country,province,and universities)to produce a synergy effect of 1+1>2 under the non-linear action mode.The mechanism of synergy of the training system of Ideological and political teachers in universities is manifested in the coordinated symbiosis of the training subjects,the coordinated promotion of training elements,the coherence of the training time,and the linkage of the training space.
