中国数字经济双循环偏好的测度及影响因素研究

Research on the Measurement and Influencing Factors of China's Digital Economy Dual Circulation Preference

基于2012、2017年中国28个省份的投入产出表数据,运用省际调出比较偏好指数研究中国数字经济双循环偏好演进特征及其空间差异,结果表明:全国数字经济以内循环偏好为主,但内循环偏好程度有所减弱;东部、中部、西部及东北四大区域大部分省份数字经济以内循环偏好为主,内循环偏好程度基本呈现由沿海向内陆递增的空间演进规律;四大区域内部省份间数字经济双循环偏好差异程度具有异质性,四大区域之间数字经济内循环偏好差异持续变小;数字经济内循环偏好为主的省份之间内循环偏好程度差异持续缩小,但数字经济外循环偏好为主的省份之间外循环偏好程度差异持续拉大,不同省份开拓国际数字经济市场的能力存在显著差异。市场效应、地理区位、对外开放水平及产业政策是影响数字经济双循环偏好的重要因素。

Based on the input-output table data of 28 provinces in China in 2012 and 2017,the evolution characteristics and spatial differences of dual circulation preference of China's digital economy are studied by using inter-provincial transfer preference index.The results show that the internal circulation preference of the national digital economy is mainly,but its degree is weakened;most provinces in the eastern,central,western and northeast regions have a preference for internal circulation of digital economy,and the degree of internal circulation preference basically shows a spatial evolution law of increasing from coastal to inland;the degree of preference difference of digital economy dual circulation among provinces in the four regions is heterogeneous,and the preference difference of digital economy internal circulation among the four regions continues to decrease;the difference of internal circulation preference between provinces in which internal circulation preference in digital economy dominates,continues to shrink,but the difference of external circulation preference between provinces in which external circulation preference in digital economy dominates,continues to widen,and there are significant differences in the ability of different provinces to explore the international digital economy market.Market effect,geographical location,opening-up level and industrial policy are important factors affecting the dual circulation preference of digital economy.
