摘要
创建了对接接头焊件缺陷深度和偏移量的数学模型,确定了缺陷的空间位置。提出了对接接头焊缝轮廓线数学模型,实现了焊缝轮廓线的完美呈现。设计了对接接头焊件缺陷可视化界面,创建了对接接头焊件模型,导入了自动提取的对接接头焊件批量缺陷,实现了对接接头焊件批量缺陷的空间位置再现。介绍了焊件参数调整、可视角度调节和透明化设置等功能及实现方法,展示了可视化模型的三视图,可为对接接头焊件缺陷修补、焊接工艺制订、缺陷空间分布特征研究和结构完整性评价奠定良好基础。
Mathematical model of defects depth and deviation for butt joint weldment was established,and the spatial position of defects was determined.Mathematical model of weld profile was provided,and perfect presentation of weld profile was achieved.Defects visualization interface of butt joint weldment was designed,and the butt joint weldment model was established,after the bulk defects of automatic extraction for butt joint weldment were import,the spatial position of bulk defects of butt joint weldment was reappeared.Adjustment of weldment parameters,visualization angle and transparency were introduced,and the three views of visualization model were shown,which could provide better basis for defects repair,welding procedure setting,defects spatial distribution feature research and structure integrity evaluation of butt joint weldment.
