摘要
依托白鹤滩大坝工程,分春、夏、秋、冬4次现场浇筑成型低热水泥混凝土试件,开展不同季节、不同龄期全级配和湿筛混凝土强度性能试验研究。基于本研究和相关文献试验结果,对白鹤滩大坝低热水泥全级配和湿筛混凝土强度性能的时变特性,换算比,不同工程中热、低热水泥全级配和湿筛混凝土强度性能的换算比展开分析。结果表明:不同季节白鹤滩大坝全级配与湿筛混凝土均达到设计强度;白鹤滩全级配和湿筛混凝土的强度比服从正态分布;不同工程中热、低热水泥全级配和湿筛混凝土强度比的统计规律与低热水泥混凝土基本一致,可认为换算比与水泥种类无关。对于同类工程,建议选用强度比的平均值或95%保证率的比作为换算关系。
Based on the Baihetan dam project,low-heat cement concrete specimens were cast four times in spring,summer,autumn and winter to carry out the strength performance tests of fully-graded and wet-sieved concrete in different seasons and ages.From the test results obtained in this study and the related literature,the time-varying characteristics and conversion ratio of the strength performance of low-heat cement fully-graded and wet-sieved concrete,and the conversion ratio of the strength performance of medium-heat and low-heat cement fully-graded and wet-sieved concrete in different projects are analyzed.The results show that the low-heat cement concrete in Baihetan dam in different seasons reach the design strength,the strength ratio of the fully-graded and the wet-sieved concrete obeys the normal distribution,and the statistical law of strength ratio of fully-graded and wet-sieved concrete is basically the same as that of low-heat cement concrete.For similar projects,it is recommended to select the average strength ratio or the ratio with 95%guarantee rate as the conversion relationship.
