基于“神形共养”理论探讨桥本甲状腺炎亚临床期的防治

A discussion on the prevention and treatment of Hashimoto's thyroiditis in its subclinical stage based on the theory of“nourishing the vitality and body simultaneously”

“形神共养”的理论内涵体现了治未病和中医整体观念的特色思想,为从肝脾肾治疗桥本甲状腺炎亚临床期提供了理论依据,对从肝脾肾防治甲状腺特异性自身抗体对甲状腺组织及功能的破坏和逆转疾病衍化有着重要意义。在“形神共养”理论指导下,分别从肝讨论“神”的紊乱在桥本甲状腺炎发病的潜性作用和从脾肾讨论“形”的损伤是桥本甲状腺炎的发病基础,强调了神形共养即疏肝健脾兼补肾是早期防治桥本甲状腺炎的重要原则。

The theoretical connotation of“nourishing the vitality and body simultaneously”embodies the characteristic thoughts of preventive treatment and holism of traditional Chinese medicine,which provides a theoretical basis for the treatment of Hashimoto’s thyroiditis in its subclinical stage from the liver,spleen and kidneys,and is of great significance for the prevention and treatment of the destruction of thyroid tissue and function caused by thyroid-specific autoantibodies and reversing the disease transmission.Under the guidance of the theory,this paper discusses respectively the potential role of vitality disorder in the occurrence of Hashimoto's thyroiditis from the liver,and the damage of the body from the spleen and kidneys,which is the basis of the disease,emphasizing that nourishing the vitality and body simultaneously,that is,dispersing the stagnated liver qi,invigorating the spleen and tonifying kidneys,is an important principle for the early prevention and treatment of Hashimoto's thyroiditis.
