任继学从伏邪与脑髓理论论治出血性中风经验探析

An analysis on Ren Jixue's experience in treating hemorrhagic stroke based on the theory of hidden pathogens and brain marrow

根据伏邪的致病特点和脑髓的生理病理特征,探析任继学教授从伏邪脑髓论治出血性中风的学术经验。邪气隐匿于脑髓,久病化热、成痰、结瘀,遇其他诱因而导致出血性中风的发生或反复发作,因此,伏邪在出血性中风的发生、发展过程中占有重要地位。治疗上不仅要重视予伏邪以出路,更要兼顾脑髓的生理病理特点。急性期着重以“破血化瘀,泻热醒神,豁痰开窍”为法,方以三化汤加减化裁;恢复期以“补肾生脑,益气化瘀”为法,方以补阳还五汤加减治疗。

Based on the pathogenic characteristics of hidden pathogens and the physiological and pathological characteristics of the brain marrow,Professor Ren Jixue's academic experience in treating hemorrhagic stroke is explored in this paper from the perspective of the theory of hidden pathogens and of the brain marrow.It is believed if pathogenic qi is hidden in the brain marrow for a long time,it may transform into heat,phlegm and blood stasis,and when combined with other inducements it can lead to the occurrence or recurrence of hemorrhagic stroke.Therefore,hidden pathogens play an important role in the occurrence and development of the disease.In its treatment,it is necessary not only to pay attention to dispelling the hidden pathogens out,but also to taking into account the physiological and pathological characteristics of the brain marrow.In its acute phase,it is preferred to adopt the method of“discharging blood and resolving stasis,purging heat and freshening the mind,dissipating phlegm for resuscitation”,and to use the modified Sanhua Decoction.While in its convalescence period,the method of“tonifying the kidney and generating the brain marrow,benefiting qi and removing blood stasis”is preferred,and the modified Buyang Huanwu Decoction is used.
