回阳复脉汤对慢性心衰急性加重合并低血压患者血压调控及心功能改善作用研究

On the effect of Huiyang Fumai Decoction on the blood pressure regulation and cardiac function improvement in patients with an acute exacerbation of chronic heart failure complicated with a hypotension

目的探讨回阳复脉汤对慢性心衰急性加重合并低血压患者血压调控及心功能改善作用。方法按照随机数表法将60例慢性心衰急性加重合并低血压患者分成对照组和观察组,各30例。对照组采用西医内科常规治疗,观察组在对照组治疗基础上给予回阳复脉汤治疗,2组均治疗2周。观察2组治疗后心功能指标(LVESV、LVEDD、LVEF)、收缩压(SBP)、舒张压(DBP)改善状况,比较2组总有效率及治疗方案的安全性。结果治疗后,观察组LVESV、LVEDD水平均低于对照组(P<0.05);SBP、DBP、LVEF水平均高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组总有效率80.0%,明显高于对照组56.7%(P<0.05);2组治疗期间均未出现严重药物不良反应。结论回阳复脉汤能够显著改善慢性心衰急性加重合并低血压患者临床症状,有助于升高血压,改善患者心功能,疗效较好。

Objective To explore the effect of Huiyang Fumai Decoction on the blood pressure regulation and cardiac function improvement in patients with an acute exacerbation of chronic heart failure complicated with a hypotension.Methods A total of 60 patients with an acute exacerbation of chronic heart failure complicated with a hypotension were divided into a control group and an observation group,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with a conventional western medicine,while the observation group was treated with Huiyang Fumai Decoction on the basis of the control group,both for two weeks.The improvement of the cardiac function indexes(LVESV,LVEDD,LVEF),systolic blood pressure(SBP)and diastolic blood pressure(DBP)in the two groups after treatment was observed,and the total effective rate and the safety of the treatment plan were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the levels of the LVEDV and LVEDD in the observation group were both significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05),while the levels of the SBP,DBP and LVEF were all significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group(80.0%)was significantly higher than that of the control group(56.7%)(P<0.05),and no serious adverse drug reactions occurred in the two groups during treatment.Conclusion Huiyang Fumai Decoction can significantly improve the local clinical symptoms of patients with an acute exacerbation of chronic heart failure complicated with a hypotension,help to raise the blood pressure and improve the heart function,having a better curative effect.
