摘要
高等农业院校学科交叉融合是知识生产模式转型、现代农业发展与高层次复合型农业人才培养的必然选择。华中农业大学通过打造新兴学科增长极、调整优化学科专业结构、深化交叉体制机制改革、拓展学科交叉资源平台、创新交叉人才培养模式,积极探索学科交叉融合的发展路径。通过实践发现:推进农业学科高质量发展是基本遵循,引领农业产业发展是源生动力,构建多元协同体制机制是根本保障。
The interdisciplinary cross-integration in higher agricultural institutions is an inevitable choice for the transformation of knowledge production mode,the development of modern agriculture and cultivation of high-level compound-type agricultural talents.Huazhong Agricultural University actively explores the development path of interdisciplinary cross-integration by creating the growth points of emerging disciplines,adjusting and optimizing the structure of disciplines,deepening the reform of interdisciplinary system and mechanism,expanding interdisciplinary resource platform,and innovating interdisciplinary talent training mode.Through practice,it is found that promoting the high-quality development of agricultural discipline serves as a basic principle,leading the development of agricultural industry functions as a driving force,and building a multi-collaborative system and mechanism plays a role of a fundamental guarantee.
