摘要
富氧燃烧燃煤电厂发电机组的负荷变化范围和变化速率较大,对空分系统变负荷范围和速率有较高的要求。根据350MWe富氧燃烧发电机组对空分系统的变负荷需求,分析了空分系统的变负荷特性,确定了空分系统的变负荷总体调节方案。分析了氧产量的优化调节用于空分系统变负荷方案,结果表明,空分系统的整体运行能耗降低约9%;采用空分系统氧氮互换变负荷调节方案,可满足富氧燃烧发电机组的快速变负荷需求。
The load variation range and rate of generator units in oxygen-enriched combustion coal-fired power plant are large,which has high requirements for the variable load range and rate of air separation system.According to the load change requirements of 350MWe oxygen-enriched combustion generator set for air separation unit,the variable load charac-teristics of air separation system was analyzed,and the overall variable load regulation scheme of air separation system was determined.The optimal regulation of oxygen production for variable load scheme of air separation system was analyzed.The results show that the overall operation energy consumption of air separation system is reduced by about 9%.By adop-ting the oxygen nitrogen exchange variable load regulation scheme of air separation system,the rapid variable load demand of oxygen-enriched combustion generator set can be met.
