摘要
介绍了一种新的道床施工技术,该施工技术以“轨排架轨法”为基础,其走行轨采用一种新型可调式地铁专用走行轨,跨距和高度均可调节,圆形和矩形隧道通用。轨道铺设采用新型铺轨机组后解决了常见的铺轨机组变跨难、无法在不变跨情况下通过车站站台处等难题,提高了轨排敷设速度和质量,降低了安全风险,实际应用效果较好,所取得的经验对地铁轨道整体道床施工具有一定的参考借鉴意义。
This paper introduces a new track bed construction technology based on track panel laying method adopting adjustable dedicated running rail which allows adjustment of rail span and height,and applicable to both circular and rectangular tunnels.Application of this type of track laying technology solves the common problems of being difficult to change span of the track panel laying machine and unable to pass station platform without changing the span,improves the speed and quality of rail panel laying,reduces risks,and achieves better practical application effects.The experience gained has certain reference significance for the construction of monolithic track bed of metro line.
