两河口心墙防渗土料冬季制备工艺分析与技术措施

摘要 在土石坝施工过程中,心墙土料是坝体防渗最重要的材料,大面积露天作业是土石坝施工特点之一,而心墙土料对外界气候条件的变化极为敏感。当填筑料暴露在大气条件下遇冬季负温条件时,极易导致土料受冻后其性质发生变化,从而影响坝体整体防渗效果。本文针对短时冻土区心墙防渗土料冬季制备工艺开展了深入研究,提出了经济合理的冬季土料制备工艺及其技术控制措施,有利于保证工程施工质量和加快进度。 During the construction of earth-rock dams,earth material for the core wall is the most important material for seepage prevention of the dam.Large-area open-air operation is one of the characteristics of earth-rock dam construction,and soil material for the core wall is extremely sensitive to the changes of external climate conditions.When the filling material is exposed to the atmospheric conditions and the temperature is below zero in winter,it is very easy to cause the properties of the soil materials to change after being frozen,thereby affecting the overall anti-seepage effect of the dam.This paper carries out in-depth research on the preparation technology of impervious soil material for core wall in frozen soil area for a short period of time,and puts forward an economical and reasonable soil material preparation technology in winter and its technical control measures,which helps ensure construction quality and speed up the progress of the project.
