Study on the Legal Applicability in Project Procurement Behavior of Government Procurement

文章以政府采购工程的立法及研究现状为基础,总结了现存的立法分散、法规交叉冲突等法律适用困境。为解决法律适用难题,课题组在立法修订层面推荐了国内学界的研究成果,在现行实施层面例举了法律适用表、绘制了采购模式方式分布图。

Based on the legislation and research status of project in government procurement,the paper summarizes the existing legal application dilemmas such as decentralized legislations and cross-conflict of regulations.In order to solve the problem of law application,the research group recommended the research results of domestic academic circles at the legislative revision level,exemplifies the law application table at the current implementation level,and draws the distribution map of the procurement mode.
