扩招背景下高职人文素养教育研究与实践

Research and Practice of Humanistic Literacy Education in Higher Vocational Education under the Background of Enrollment Expansion

全面贯彻落实政府工作报告关于高职扩招的战略部署,落实立德树人根本任务,培养高端技术技能人才,人文素养教育不可或缺。文章结合安徽高职扩招生源教育教学实际,通过客观数据分析,提出高职扩招生源人文素养教育的必要性,从顶层设计、课程体系构建、“三教”改革、考核评价等方面剖析存在的问题,从课程体系构建、结构化教学创新团队建设、课程资源建设、人文素养元素隐性课程培育和评价制度的改革等方面提出了建设性的意见。

It is indispensable for humanistic literacy education to carry out the national strategy of ex⁃panding enrollment in higher vocational education,to carry out the fundamental task of moral education and to cultivate high-end technical and skilled talents.Taking higher vocational education in Anhui as a sample,the paper analyzes objective data and proposes the necessity of humanistic literacy education in higher voca⁃tional education due to enrollment expansion.It also analyzes the existing problems from the top-level de⁃sign,curriculum system construction,the reform of“three teaching”,assessment and other aspects.The con⁃structive suggestions are put forward from the aspects of construction of curriculum system,structured teach⁃ing innovation team,curriculum resources,recessive curriculum cultivation in humanistic literacy element and evaluation system reform.
