三磷酸腺苷二钠片对CMS模型大鼠心脏保护作用的研究

摘要 目的探讨三磷酸腺苷二钠片对慢性高原病(CMS)模型大鼠心脏的保护作用。方法构建CMS大鼠模型,随机分为正常组(CG)、模型组(MG)、硝苯地平组(NE)、三磷酸腺苷二钠高、中、低剂量组(HATP、MATP、LATP),测定各组大鼠肺动脉压力(PAP)、血氧饱和度(SaO_(2))、血红蛋白(Hb)水平,采用心脏超声、心电图检测各组大鼠心脏功能,观察心脏组织病理学变化并测定其SOD、MAD、GSH-Px水平。结果相较于正常组,MG和NE组大鼠PAP、Hb升高;SaO_(2)降低,心脏中MDA水平升高,SOD和GSH-PX活性降低。相较于模型组,三磷酸腺苷二钠各组大鼠PAP、Hb降低;SaO_(2)升高,心脏中MDA水平降低,SOD和GSH-PX活性升高。结论三磷酸腺苷二钠片对CMS模型大鼠心脏损伤有一定程度的改善效果。 Objective To investigate the protective effect of adenosine disodium triphosphate tablets on the heart of chronic mountain sickness(CMS)rats.Methods The rat model of chronic mountain sickness was established and divided into Control Group(CG),Model Group(MG),Nifedipine Group(NE),high,medium and low dose group of adenosine disodium triphosphate tablets(HATP,MATP and LATP).The pulmonary artery pressure(PAP),oxygen saturation(SaO_(2))and hemoglobin(Hb)were measured in each group.The echocardiography and electrocardiogram were used to analyze rat cardiac function.The contents of SOD,MAD and GSH-Px in heart tissue and heart pathology were examined in each group.Results Compared with the control group,the rats in the model group and nifedipine group increased the PAP,Hb;the SaO_(2) decreased;the MDA level in the heart was increased,and the activity of SOD and GSH-PX decreased.Compared with the model group,PAP,Hb decreased in rats with trinosin,SaO_(2) increased,MDA level in the heart decreased,and SOD and GSH-PX activity increased.Conclusion Adenosine disodium triphosphate tablets has certain protective effect on the heart injury of chronic mountain sickness rats.
