疫情期间新疆某三甲医院留院患者心理状况调查分析

Investigation and Analysis about Psychological Status of Inpatients in a Third-class Hospital in Xinjiang during the Epidemic Period

目的了解疫情期间新疆某三甲医院留院患者心理状况、焦虑原因,以期为进一步完善疫情期间医院管理提供参考依据。方法采用普查的方式对新疆某三甲医院疫情期间所有留院患者进行问卷调查。结果1.留院患者群体焦虑比例为46.60%(89/191),其中轻度焦虑占27.75%(53/191),中度焦虑占8.90%(17/191),重度焦虑占9.95%(19/191)。2.多因素分析结果提示,封闭交通后有出院想法是患者焦虑的危险因素,有出院想法的患者焦虑程度是没有出院想法患者的2.514(95%CI:1.316,4.804)倍。3.自我判断的焦虑程度与量表评估一致性差(kappa值为0.393)。结论疫情期间我院留院患者焦虑比例高,可从加强患者关怀、优化管理方面进行整改。

Objective To obtain the information about psychological status and anxiety causes of inpatients in our hospital during the epidemic period,so as to provide reference basis for improving hospital management during the epidemic period.Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted among all the patients in our hospital during the epidemic period.Results 1.The proportion of anxiety among inpatients was 46.60%(89/191),among which mild anxiety accounted for 27.75%(53/191),moderate anxiety accounted for 8.90%(17/191),and severe anxiety accounted for 9.95%(19/191).2.The results of multi-factor analysis indicated that discharge thoughts after traffic closure of patients was a risk factor for anxiety,and the degree of anxiety of patients with discharge thoughts was 2.514 times higher than that of patients without discharge thoughts(95%CI:1.316,4.804).3.The degree of self-judgment anxiety was not consistent with the scale assessment(Kappa value was 0.393).Conclusion The anxiety rate of inpatients in our hospital is high during the epidemic period,which can be improved by strengthening patient care and optimizing management.
