牙髓血运重建术治疗年轻恒牙根尖周病临床疗效观察

Clinical effect of pulp revascularization procedures in the treatment of immature permanent teeth with apical periodontitis

目的研究牙髓血运重建术对年轻恒牙根尖周病的疗效。方法选取本院口腔科在2018.06-2019.06时间段内收治的出现根尖周病变的年轻恒牙患者40例进行研究,参考疗法的区别,进一步把患者划分成对照、治疗这两个分组,其中人数均为20例。依次采取根尖诱导成形、牙髓血运重建术进行治疗,最后对两个分组所对应的疗效进行对比。结果治疗组最终的有效率指标是90%,显著优于对照组的60%,P<0.05。结论本文所分析的疗法,有较为理想的治疗效果,有助于病患牙根实现更加理想的发育,优化最终的临床症状,有相对较强的推广价值。

Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of pulp revascularization procedures in the treatment of immature permanent teeth with apical periodontitis.Methods Forty cases with apical periodontitis at immature permanent teeth were selected and treated with pulp revascularization procedures and apexification treatment.These cases were followed up for two years and the clinical effect was evaluated through clinical and radiographic examnation.Finally,the corresponding clinical effects between the two groups were compared.Results The final effective rate of the treatment group was 90%,which was significantly better than that of the control group(60%),(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical effect of the pulp revascularization procedures in the treatment of immature permanent teeth with apical periodontitis was satisfactory.
