不同时间服用西甲硅油乳剂在胃镜检查中的应用观察

Observation about the application of Simethicone in upper Endoscopy in different time

目的研究不同时间服用西甲硅油乳剂在胃镜检查中的应用效果。方法将202例胃镜检查的患者随机分为A、B两组,再将A组随机分为A1、A2两组,A1组51例检查前1h、A2组50例检查前30 min分别口服西甲硅油乳剂15 ml+温水30ml,并在检查前10 min服用利多卡因胶浆;B组101例检查前10 min服用利多卡因胶浆。根据内镜下视野清晰度分ABCD四级,进行统计学分析。结果A组内镜下视野清晰度明显高于B组,(T=-8.569,P=0.000),而A1组的内镜下视野清晰度明显高于A2(T=-3.040,P=0.002)。结论检查前服用西甲硅油乳剂可明显提高内镜视野清晰度,适当提前服用时间效果更佳。

Objective To evaluate the efficacy of Simethicone in upper Endoscopy in different time of taking medicine.Methods 202 patients were randomly divided into A and B two groups,then group A was divided into A1 and A2 subgroups.51 patients of Al group took 15 ml Simethicone emulsion and 30 ml water in one hour before EGD,while 50 patients of A2 group took the same medicine at 30 minutes before EGD.All patients between two groups took Lidocaine mucilage at 10 mintues before EGD.All groups were classified into four levels named as A,B,C,and D according to clarity of vision field under Endoscopy,all data were recorded and compared statistically.Results Clarity of vision field in group A was higher than that of group B before EGD(T=-8.569,P=0.000).The Endoscopic visibility of A1 group was significantly better than that of A2 group(T=-3.040,P=0.002).Conclusion It can increase endoscopic visibility to take Simethicone before EGD,and the effect would be better if it could be taken ahead of the normal time.
