眼轮匝肌瓣修复内眦及周围组织皮肤缺损

Application of Orbicularis oculi muscle flap in repairing skin defects of inner canthus and surrounding tissues

目的探讨内眦及周围组织肿瘤切除后皮肤软组织缺损的修复方法。方法2015年1月~2019年12月笔者单位收治内眦及周围组织肿物12例,采用重睑术结合上睑眼轮匝肌瓣修复老年内眦及周围组织肿瘤切除后创面。结果12例皮瓣完全成活,同时修复内眦及周围组织肿瘤切除后创面和上睑松弛,效果满意。结论上睑眼轮匝肌皮瓣血流充沛,皮瓣设计灵活,对内眦及周围组织肿瘤切除后创面的修复效果好,操作简便,安全可靠,适合基层医院开展。

Objective To explore the repair method of soft tissue defect after resection of medial canthus and surrounding tissue mass.Methods From January 2015 to December 2019,12 cases were chosen as subjects,all cases underwent tumors at inner canthus and surrounding tissues and were treated with double eyelid surgery combined with orbicularis oculi muscle flap to repair the wound after tumor resection of elderly inner canthus and surrounding tissues.Results Muscle flap were transplanted successfully in 12 cases,and the wound surface and upper eyelid relaxation after the resection of the inner canthus and surrounding tissues were satisfying.Conclusion The upper eyelid orbicularis muscle flap has abundant blood flow,flexible flap.So this method has good repair effect on the wound surface after resection of tumors at inner canthus and surrounding tissues,and it is simple,safe,reliable,and suitable for primary hospitals.
