卡片关键词式健康教育用于超声支气管镜引导针吸活检术中的效果

Effect of card form health education of keywords in ultrasound-guided bronchoscopy guided needle aspiration biopsy

目的研究卡片关键词式健康教育用于超声支气管镜引导针吸活检术中的效果。方法本次纳入2018年7月至2020年8月收治的250例超声支气管镜引导针吸活检术患者展开研究,按照随机数字表法分为两组,对照组125例实施常规健康教育,观察组125例实施卡片关键词式健康教育。将两组的干预效果进行比对。结果观察组患者干预后的知识认知情况得分、依从性得分高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预后组间SAS评分、SDS评分进行比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在超声支气管镜引导针吸活检术中应用卡片关键词式健康教育能够提高患者的知识认知水平和依从性,改善心理状态,适合推广应用在临床中。

Objective To study the effect of card form health education of keywords in ultrasound-guided bronchoscopy guided needle aspiration biopsy.Methods 250 cases of patients with ultrasound-guided bronchoscopy guided needle aspiration biopsy from July 2018 to August 2020 were included in the study,and they were divided into two groups according to the random number table method,125 cases in the control group were given routine health education,and 125 cases in the observation group were given card keyword health education.The intervention effects between the two groups were compared.Results The scores of knowledge cognition and compliance in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The SAS scores and SDS scores were statistically significant between two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of card keyword health education in ultrasonic bronchoscopy guided needle aspiration biopsy can improve patients’cognitive level and compliance,and improve their psychological state,which is suitable for clinical application.
