幼儿园新手教师的惩戒困境:表征与出路

摘要 幼儿园新手教师的自我报告显示,部分新手教师面临着惩戒困境,表现为怀疑教育惩戒的正当性和适宜性,常处于惩戒与否的两难困境中。新手教师陷入惩戒困境有个人和社会两个层面的原因,即教师儿童观出现一定偏差和教育策略的匮乏,社会支持的缺失和社会氛围的复杂。为摆脱惩戒困境,新手教师个人应调整教育观念,丰富教育策略,正确认识与运用教育惩戒;社会应给予新手教师更为强有力的支持。 The self-report of novice kindergarten teachers indicates that some teachers are facing moral dilemma,which is mainly characterized by doubts about the correctness and appropriateness of disciplinary.There are mainly two reasons:the personal reasons and the social reasons.The personal reasons are the change of teachers*views on children and education and the lack of educational strategies;the social reasons mainly come from the influence of social atmosphere and the lack of social support.In order to get rid of disciplinary dilemma,novice teachers should adjust their educational ideas,enrich their educational strategies,and correctly understand and apply educational discipline;at the same time,the society should provide more powerful support to the novice kindergarten teachers.
