Construction Technology of Mass Concrete for Super High-rise Foundation Slab

杭州之门项目的整个地下室底板混凝土体积近8.7万m^(3),其中4 m厚的塔楼基础底板单次浇捣量近1.6万m^(3)。以此为例,从超厚底板钢筋支架、混凝土配合比控制、运输协调、监控测温、养护等方面出发,介绍了东、西塔楼基础底板大体积混凝土的施工全过程,以期为同类工程提供参考。

The concrete volume of the whole basement floor of Hangzhou Gate project is nearly 87000 m^(3),among them,the single pouring and tamping amount of 4 m thick tower foundation slab is nearly 16000 m^(3).Taking this as an example,the whole construction process of mass concrete for foundation slab of east and west towers is introduced from the aspects of super thick bottom slab reinforcement support,concrete mix proportion control,transportation coordination,monitoring of temperature measurement and curing,etc.,so as to provide reference for similar projects.
