摘要 杭州萧山国际机场航站楼大吊顶系统为复杂双曲面渐变排布,整体设计以荷叶、荷花为蓝本,具有超大空间多造型拼接、超高安装难度大的特点。测量过程中采用整体控制测量,保证分区施工的统一性,辅助三维扫描对屋盖、结构柱进行复核。安装过程中采用精密测量进行全过程控制,保证了双曲板的安装精度,使灵动的设计效果得以实现,可为相关工程提供借鉴。 The large suspended ceiling system of Hangzhou Xiaoshan International Airport terminal is a complex hyperboloid gradual arrangement.The overall design is based on lotus leaves and flowers.It has the characteristics of ultra-large space,multi-shape splicing and high installation difficulty.During the measurement,the overall control measurement is adopted to ensure the unity of divisional construction,and the 3D scanning is assisted to recheck the roof and structural columns.During the installation process,the precise measurement is used for the whole process control to ensure the installation accuracy of double curved plate and realize the flexible design effect,which can provide reference for related projects.
