为了充分利用轨道交通站场土地开发的使用效益,缓解城市建设过程中用地矛盾突出的问题,在城市轨道交通车辆段上盖进行开发利用已成为一种趋势。结合重庆某工程实例,对在城市轨道交通既有运行线路上进行上盖开发的施工安全风险及管控措施进行分析,并提出问题和相应的解决、预防措施,可为其他类似工程提供一些经验。

To make full use of the benefits of land development of rail transit stations and yards and alleviate the prominent land contradiction in the process of urban construction,it is a trend to develop and utilize the upper cover of urban rail transit depot.Combined with a project example in Chongqing,the construction safety risks and control measures for upper cover development on the existing operation line of urban rail transit are analyzed,and the problems and corresponding solutions and preventive measures are put forward,which can provide some experience for other similar projects.
